2、 The purpose of vacuum melting furnace:
Vacuum melting furnaces are widely used in industries such as chemical, light industry, electronics, plastics, scientific research and education for high-temperature melting. They have the advantages of fast melting speed, low pollution, and no environmental pollution, making them an ideal environmentally friendly and green equipment.

3、 Working principle of vacuum melting furnace:
A vacuum melting furnace is used to melt materials that need to be melted under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump to create a vacuum state in the working chamber, and utilizes heating measures. At the same time, the vacuum melting furnace body swings to promote rapid separation of the molten parts. Temperature regulation is controlled, with independent temperature control for the upper, middle, and lower parts of the furnace body to ensure uniform temperature distribution. A material cart is equipped inside the furnace, and a 100mm diameter waste discharge outlet is installed at the rear of the furnace, along with an induced draft fan.

4、 Characteristics of vacuum melting furnace:
The vacuum melting furnace is designed with a flow-through material rack, which fully controls the temperature of each layer of material rack based on the principle of hot air rising. Independent temperature control is achieved in the upper, middle, and lower parts of the furnace body. The material cart and electric heater are completely separated, and the electric heater is completely fixed on the furnace body. The vacuum equipment swings synchronously with the furnace body. This vacuum melting furnace belongs to dynamic vacuum equipment.
Electric heating vacuum melting furnaces have achieved good results in the electronics industry, mainly by heating electronic components on electronic circuit boards under vacuum -0.09MPa conditions, with temperature controlled above 200 ℃. In this case, tin is melted, and the vacuum melting furnace body swings to separate the molten tin.
The biggest feature of this vacuum melting furnace is its ability to raise the temperature to 200-300 ℃, with stable temperature control performance and small temperature differences.
Install one airflow splitter at the inlet of the vacuum melting furnace to prevent direct contact between the airflow entering the oven and the material.
